We want you to be thrilled with your I PEZZI DIPINTI purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned to us for an exchange or refund according to the following conditions:
• Items exchanged or returned must be unused, unwashed and in the same new condition in which they arrived. The hang tag containing spare yarn must be attached (applicable for hats but not textiles).
• In order to exchange or return an item, you must contact our office within 7 days of the date the item was delivered. You may e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 212.941.9966.
• After contacting our office with the reason for your return, you will receive a return authorization e-mail from us which will include the shipping address of our New York showroom. Returned items must reach our showroom within 5 business days after the return authorization is issued. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail). Please request a signature upon delivery so we can be sure your package has arrived safely.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used at the time of purchase. The refund should appear on your statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fees charged at the time of purchase are not refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the replacement item out immediately upon receiving the returned item. New shipping charges will apply for replacement items.
